About Todd Grossman & Michelle Jones

After decades of experience in the real estate industry, Todd Grossman & Michelle Jones partnered and now manage the Grossman & Jones Group with the backing of the nation’s largest independent luxury brokerage, Compass. Along with their experienced team, they provide a white gloves experience for Sellers and Buyers, caring for every detail with a concierge level of service. Their company is founded on professionalism, integrity, great relationships and hard work.

Our Story

In 2018, Todd and Michelle decided to join forces as business partners and founding agents at Compass.

This strategic decision proved to be immensely successful, leading them to become the #1 Team at Compass Austin in 2021 and the second-highest producing team in all of Austin according to the Austin Business Journal.

They are also honored to be ranked among the top 40 luxury agents in Austin by Luxury League Austin, specializing in the Lake, Luxury, and Hill Country markets.

Their passion is for beautiful homes, so they naturally gravitate to representing some of the Lake’s most iconic properties and have earned a reputation for being experts in that market.

On the personal side, they are both fun loving and family centric! Part of their goal in partnering was to enable each other to spend as much time as they can with their beautiful families.

Todd and his wife, Nina, have two grown children in college, Alec & Abrianna.  Alec attends McCombs school of business at the University of Texas in Austin and Abrianna attends the University of Mississippi.

Michelle Jones

In Real Estate Since 2005

Michelle and her husband, Thaddeus, have two energetic boys, Isaac and Jude. At 10 & 12 years old, they keep life busy and filled with happy chaos.  As a family, they love to travel, do anything outdoors and spend a lot of time on the lake—wake surfing, fishing and swimming.
