The Village at Spanish Oaks

The Village at Spanish Oaks represents the final portion of the Spanish Oaks development. It is a project headed by two developers, CCNG Inc. and Arizona-based Greenbrier
Southwest. Bee Cave City Council approved rezoning of the land in October to planned development mixed-use, moving the project forward on the way to construction beginning in 2019.

The development will be on just over 80 acres between Highway 71 and Little Barton Creek, The Village is planned to have residential areas as well as new amenities for Bee Caves, including boutique retail shops, restaurants, and recreational trails as well as office space and the Inn & Spa at Spanish Oaks.

Signal Hill Estates

Signal Hill Estates is another new residential development in Bee Caves. Located at Cabrillo Way and Palermo Drive, the development has 61 lots, each of which are between 1 and 3 acres, within the 95 acre development. 

Signal Hill Estates home prices vary, but the average cost will be about $1.5 million for houses that sit on lots ranging from 1-3 acres. Builders for the development are Eppright Homes, Ames and Sendero Homes.


The Square on Lohmans

The Square on Lohmans is a new development concept for the land between the Oaks at Lakeway and Lohmans Crossing. It is currently pending approval by Lakeway's City Council. 

The proposed 62-acre development includes 250 residential units, 53,000 square feet of office space, 22,000 square feet of retail, a public gathering space with amphitheater, two parking garages, and a two-lane divided road connecting to Main Street, with right-of-way for two additional lanes.

The Provence is a master planned community on Hamilton Pool Road. The neighborhood will have a resort-style pool, hike and bike trails, and an activity center. Located in Lake Travis ISD, the community is close to Bee Caves but still offers the serenity of Hill Country living. 

The builders included in the neighborhood are Brookfield Residential, David Weekly, Drees Homes and Westin. Homes will start in the high 300s.  The community will include approximately 1,600 residential lots for the entire project, but the first phase will include roughly 670 homes on 460 acres. Development for Phase 1 started in the first quarter of 2019.

The Provence will be open to homebuyers by the end of Spring in 2019. Model homes will be available to see and lot and home sales should begin. The neighborhood plans to open by Q3 of 2019.


Honey Creek


Honey Creek is boutique community of 30 two-story residences by Ash Creek Homes. The neighborhood is conveniently located across from Lake Travis High School off of Ranch Road 620. 

The Santa Barbara style homes are all 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and start in the high 400s. The development will be having a Grand Opening Event April 27th.

Lakeway Creekside


Creekside at Lakeway is a proposed new residential for sale community located on Lohman's Spur. The gated community will contain a total of 94 townhouses, each 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with two-car garages and they will all be 3 stories. They will range in size from 1,700 to 1,900 square feet. They community is proposed to be developed on a 16.6 acre site. Lonestar Development Partners is the company developing this community. 


Lakes Edge 

Lakes Edge is a gated community on over 47 acres in Bee Caves, off of Bee Caves Road. Although close to the Lake Point neighborhood in Lake Travis ISD, Lakes Edge is zoned for Eanes ISD. The homes are built by Ashton Woods Homes and Trendmaker Homes. There are 118 homesites and the home sized range from about 2,200 to 4,300 square feet. Prices start in the high $500s.
