Selling a luxury home in Lakeway or on Lake Travis is rarely as simple as choosing a price, taking photographs and putting the property on the market.

The strongest strategy begins earlier.

Before the photography.

Before the listing description.

And ideally, before the seller spends money preparing the home.

Luxury properties are often highly individual. A custom residence may have relatively few truly comparable sales. A Lake Travis waterfront property may derive substantial appeal from characteristics that have little to do with square footage.
