Community Impact shares, "Tri Pointe Homes, the developer and builder of the Park Central neighborhood in Georgetown, began selling single-family homes and townhouses in the new neighborhood this summer, according to a news release.

Located on 77.8 acres near Patriot Way and SH 130 Toll, the neighborhood features 191 single-family houses and 256 duplex-style townhomes. Tri Pointe offers 18 floorplan options at Park Central, bringing home options that range from about 1,800-2,900 square feet.

In addition to the homesites, Tri Pointe plans to bring a number of amenities to the community, including a 10-acre community park with walking trails, a scenic pond and open green spaces.

Austin Business Journal writes, "A sprawling master-planned community in Hutto is coming along as another homebuilder opens up sales within it.

Nevada-based Tri Pointe Homes, one of the busiest volume homebuilders in the metro, now has homes ready to purchase in the master-planned community, said Bryan Havel, Tri Pointe’s Austin division president. Work on Flora, an 835-acre project in Hutto developed by Precedent Land Company, began in March 2024.

Other homebuilders involved in the first phase of Flora, which Havel said is being built on about 50 acres, include Brightland Homes, Meritage Homes, Empire Communities, Perry Homes, Highland Homes and Westin Homes, according to Flora’s website. Tri Pointe Homes Inc. enlisted the aid of “Queer Eye” star Bobby Berk to design the model home for the new neighborhood the homebuilder is co-developing with Ohio-based M/I Homes Inc.

The 188-acre development — known as Heritage — will be home to 586 homes at full build-out, according to a Jan. 26 announcement.
