Austin Business Journal shares, "About 50 more homesites are available in one of Austin’s most expansive luxury housing developments along the shores of Lake Travis.
Travis Club, which has generated more than $100 million in homesite sales, now has 48 more homesites on offer, representing the second phase of the sprawling project, according to an announcement from its developers. Infrastructure construction for the first phase of the 1,500-acre site, co-developed by California-based real estate developer Haas & Haynie Corp. and Austin-based real estate investment firm Castle Hill Partners Inc., is already underway.
Travis Club, located near Briarcliff west of Austin, will have 700 homesites once complete, along with an 18-hole golf course and more than 10,000 linear feet of waterfront.
The 48 homesites in the second phase range in price from $700,000 to $3.4 million, and in size from 0.4 acres to 3.9 acres. Of the 48 homesites, 10 are under reservation and closings will begin in early 2025, developers said.
Infrastructure construction for phase two will begin in spring 2025.
The first phase of development featured 106 homesites, more than 80 of which have now been sold. With the first phase’s infrastructure construction underway, home construction is expected to begin in mid-2025.
Moreland Properties is the brokerage group for the homesites, and Heritage Title Co. and Prominent Title are the title companies of record. Travis Club also has an on-site sales team.
Besides homesites and a golf club, Travis Club will also feature a marina, which is in the planning phase. The marina’s first phase will feature 40 to 60 boat slips with direct access to Lake Travis. Both the marina and the golf house — a facility with a golf pro shop, restaurant and golf simulator — are expected to open in summer 2026.
Haas & Haynie is a land development company founded in 1898. The firm builds high-end resort and residential communities, including projects in Scottsdale, Arizona; Jackson Hole, Wyoming; San Martin, California; and in the Mauna Kea Resort in Hawaii.
Castle Hill Partners is a real estate developer and investment firm with projects that include a 2,136-acre private golf and mountain community in Nevada, as well as master-planned communities in the Dallas and Houston areas."
