According to developers Pearlstone Partners and sales agency Prospect Real Estate, the building is currently 67 percent sold. The 452-foot tower broke ground in the summer of 2021, situated on a small 0.4-acre site at the edge of the neighborhood at 84 East Avenue, pretty tightly hemmed in on three sides by the Camden Rainey Street apartment building and a famously garish Homewood Suites.

Austin Business Journal shares, "Austin’s millionaire population has grown by 110% over the past decade.

London-based investment consultancy Henley & Partners has determined that roughly 32,700 millionaires now call Austin home, rising from about 15,500 in 2013.

The Texas capital has seen the largest leap in wealth than any other city in the nation, according to the company's 2024 USA Wealth Report that relied on data from New World Wealth, a global wealth intelligence firm based in South Africa.

Henley & Partners found Austin, which ranked 10th in its total population of millionaires, is home to 92 centi-millionaires — people with a net worth of more than $100 million. That would include billionaires such as Tesla Inc. CEO Elon Musk and Dell…

The development consists of three towers with 20 condos each, with the first set for a March move-in date. The second and third towers will open between April and May.

The condos all have three bedrooms ranging in size from 1,500 square feet to 2,300 square feet. They start at $800,000, with the average price of $928,000. The sellout of the 60 condos has generated more than $65 million in sales revenue.

One new project at the resort, a three-tower condo called Waters Lakeside, has seen all 60 units pre-sold, according to a recent announcement from Legacy International, the broker for Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty. The condos started at $800,000.

Austin Business Journal reports, "a luxury housing project is rising on a 140-acre canyon in Bee Cave where developers are touting unparalleled Hill Country views.

Ames Design Build LLC is behind the development, called Madrone Canyon, which will be home to more than 100 residences. Ames Design Build owner Brett Ames is also the founder and managing principal of Inspire Development, which is behind the $2 billion mixed-use Pearson Ranch development in southern Williamson County.

The skyscraper being constructed at 98 Red River St. in downtown Austin, which is set to be the tallest building in both the city and state when complete, finally has a name: Waterline.

In addition to its official moniker, the development team revealed Sept. 6 a slew of additional details about the project, which is set to take the skyline to new heights.
